Ok, so its been a bit since my last post. The month of March KICKED ASS! At least for the most part it did. My birthday was so much fun. I got 2 of the biggest surprises. Not only did Hillary, Dayna, Jen and Lumnija come out for my birthday.....Both my sisters surprised me by showing up on my birthday. Then late friday night BANANA walked through the door! So i had all my closest friends here on my birthday. It seemed like it was too short. I loved having everyone here. It was very sad when everyone had to head back to Michigan.
Then at the end of the month Erik went to Vegas with his boys for a few days and my lil sister came out and stayed for a WHOLE WEEK! That was fun. We just hanged out and shopped...and ate lots and lots of junk. The only downer, besides sissy having to leave, was that the light in my kitchen decided to fall from the freaking ceiling! Grrrrrrrr! But now we got that fixed.

So far April has been alright. Nothing much to get excited about. Finally got around to getting our IL plates and D.L. So I'm FINALLY a resident IL. Thats about it. Talk to you all later!

Well we head back to michigan tomorrow for my grandfathers memorial luncheon. I hope to be able to see some of my friends while in town, even if its just for dinner or something.

*big sigh of relief* WHEEEWWWWW. Finally hell is over! No more christmas shoppers, no more annoying christmas carols, return center is bye bye, and thank the lord inventory is offical done. Now this store is sooooo much easier then my old store. Smaller store=less invetory=a very happy Kim! Now im on a mini vacation to use up the rest of my earned time from last year. So here i am, staring out the window at the mountain of snow in my backyard, and all i can think of is how freaking BORED i am. *sigh* I need a hobby...well, aother hobby i guess. I started making jewelry..nothing fancy..just beads. They are cute i guess, im using chunky beads. I can only do that for so long though, then my hands start to cramp up. Damn i feel old. Dude, im going to be 26 this year.... thats old.

Ok, so here is a funny story for you...it snowed here the other day, and i was supposed to be at work at 7am. So i knew that it had snowed, so i figured i would give myself some extra time to get there, so i head out at 6:20, hit the garagedoor opener......and TADA! Snow up to my knees. The dumbass grounds crew had not done any of the driveways. GRRRRR. Oh! but they did make sure that my sidewalk to my frontdoor was clear. WHAT!?! Nobody uses that door in this sub. WE ALL USE OUT DRIVEWAYS! So i go to look for a shovel....look...look...look. OH! no shovel. *L* We never bought one. I guess its one of those things you dont think of to buy until you need it. So i had to wake up Erik to help me think of something to use. *L* The only thing we could even come up with was plastic tote lids. *L* How funny and sad is that. So there we are, at 6:30 in the morning shoveling out our driveway with big plastic tote lids. We are so lame. But funny enough, it worked really really well. They were firm enough to get under the snow, but flexiable enough to hold a lot of snow. It took us like 20 mins to clear enough room off for me to get my car out. And wouldnt you know it, as soon as i start to back up my car....here comes Mr. Plow to clear my drive. Since were in the cornor lot, we usually get cleared first. No tip for him this month, not when i have to clear my own damn drive! *L* Anywho, thats my funny story. And now im off to play in Sims World. Smooches! Miss you guys and love you goobs Always!
